Choose by actual data usage

Plan pricing and billing rules

Monthly subscriptions are suited to ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. Both billing options support unlimited simultaneous devices; choose based on your usage pattern rather than complex long-term prepayment terms.

Monthly subscriptions and data packs

Public billing currently includes monthly subscriptions and non-expiring data packs. The page does not apply unpublished long-term periods or discount conversions; each card’s price, data allowance, and reset rules match the user dashboard.

Light usage

60GB Monthly Subscription

¥9.9/ month

60GB per month, resetting on the activation date

For lighter users who mainly browse the web, look up information, and need occasional cross-border access. It includes the full route coverage and platform support; the only difference is the monthly data allowance.

High data usage

500GB Monthly Subscription

Shared service coverage

All plans include

The cards differ only in price, data allowance, and reset method; plan tiers are not separated by reducing device support or route coverage.

Route coverage

110+ countries / 220+ routes

All public plans provide the same route coverage. Choose an entry point based on your location, target service, and current network conditions. For a more stable cross-border connection, consider IEPL dedicated routes and relay routes first; for everyday web access, start by testing routes geographically closer to you.

Plan tiers do not restrict route coverage
Device rules

Unlimited simultaneous devices

One active subscription works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Computers, tablets, and mobile devices at home can stay connected simultaneously without switching to a higher data tier to add devices. All usage still comes from the same subscription.

Device count and data allowance are calculated separately

Choosing routes for Streaming

Choose a route based on the target region for common Streaming access. Playback also depends on the platform account, licensing region, and device environment, so confirm the account region first and then select the appropriate exit location.

Five platform entry points

The user dashboard provides download entry points for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients. After installation, obtain and import the subscription from the dashboard; installation packages and subscription URLs are not published on marketing pages.

Anonymous no-logs policy

The service follows an anonymous no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep the subscription URL secure as an account credential, and do not copy it to public pages or shared documents.

Dashboard ticket support

For order status, subscription import, connection failures, or route-selection issues, log in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket. Include the platform, client behavior, and selected region when describing the issue, but do not publicly paste the full subscription URL.

Plan comparison and selection criteria

First decide whether your data needs to renew monthly, then choose an allowance based on actual usage. Do not judge long-term needs from a single period of heavy use.

A

Regular monthly usage

If you need cross-border access throughout the month and want data to renew on a fixed activation date, choose a monthly subscription. Compare your web, video, and file-transfer usage to decide whether 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB fits best.

B

Irregular usage intervals

If some months see little use while other periods require concentrated access, a data pack makes it easier to keep a balance. It remains available until used and never expires, with no reset when the month changes.

C

Planning a mid-cycle upgrade

For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan and remaining status in the dashboard, then confirm the new tier instead of estimating from the listed monthly price.

Orders and payment

Payment methods and ordering process

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are currently supported. Orders are placed through the user dashboard; the marketing page does not collect payment information or ask you to enter order details in the page content.

  1. Open the user dashboard

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. After signing in, open the plans page and first check whether you already have an active subscription or remaining data.

  2. Choose a billing option

For regular usage, review monthly subscriptions; for irregular usage intervals, review data packs. Confirm the card’s price, data allowance, reset method, and validity rules before continuing.

  3. Review and complete payment

On the order page, select Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and rely on the order amount and payment status shown in the user dashboard. After payment, return to the dashboard to check your subscription status.

  4. Get the client and subscription

Once the order takes effect, use the dashboard’s download entry point to get the client for your platform, then obtain and import the subscription. The subscription URL is an account credential and should not be shared through public channels.

Refund commitment

7-day no-questions-asked refund

To request a refund, read the refund policy first, confirm that it applies, then log in to the user dashboard and submit the relevant order details. Keep the order record for verification and specify the plan to be handled; do not submit account credentials or the full subscription URL on public pages.

Refund requests and connection troubleshooting follow separate processes. If the issue involves client import, route selection, or the local network environment, submit a ticket describing the symptoms first. If you decide to request a refund, submit the order details according to the refund policy. Check the user dashboard for the processing status.

Billing details

Frequently asked questions about plans

The information below reflects the public billing rules. For a specific order status, refer to the records in the user dashboard after signing in.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than being cleared at the start of each calendar month. The dashboard shows your current subscription status and available data, so check the actual activation date to determine the next reset instead of relying only on the calendar month.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs remain available until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly, making them better for irregular usage or users who want to retain data long term. Monthly subscriptions and data packs follow different billing logic, so decide first whether you need the allowance to renew each month.

How are mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrades handled?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the plan price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before submitting an upgrade, verify the current plan, remaining status, target plan, and order amount in the user dashboard instead of calculating from the full monthly price.

How many devices can use the same subscription?

VPNVS supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. All devices share the data allowance from the same subscription, so usage across additional devices is combined under one account.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are currently supported. Refer to the order amount and payment status on the user dashboard. After payment, return to the dashboard to confirm the order and subscription status before obtaining the client and subscription.

Do the plans include refund protection?

VPNVS offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Read the refund policy before applying and submit the relevant order details through the user dashboard. Follow the dashboard record throughout the process and keep your account credentials secure.
