Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNVS collects, uses, retains, and deletes information while providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscription services. Please read the following before using the service. Continuing to visit the website or use subscription services means that the user understands these processing rules.

Data Collection and Use

VPNVS registration requires no email address; a username and password are enough to complete registration. An email address is therefore not required during registration. Account information is used for authentication, maintaining login status, displaying subscription status, and protecting the consistency of account actions. Users should keep their username, password, and subscription information secure.

When ordering a service, the system stores records needed to fulfill the order, including the selected plan, order status, payment result, transaction identifier, data usage, and subscription validity status. This information is used to activate the service, verify payment, process refunds, calculate monthly subscription data resets, and respond to order disputes. VPNVS also processes necessary website access analytics, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser category, and basic error information, to determine whether pages are working properly and improve help content.

Website servers may process necessary request records for security protection and troubleshooting. These website access records are kept separate from network acceleration connection data and are not used to reconstruct specific content accessed through international routes.

No-Log Coverage and Connection Records

VPNVS follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store webpage content, search content, or specific data transmitted through a connection, nor create complete connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity over an extended period.

To deliver subscription services, the system must process the current subscription status, used data, and technical information required to operate routes. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. This processing supports plan rules, route capacity maintenance, and service availability checks. It is not used to build individual browsing profiles.

If a user voluntarily reports a connection problem, a ticket may contain diagnostic information provided by the user. This information is used only to locate that specific issue. After the issue is resolved, it will be deleted or de-identified to the extent required for maintenance and dispute handling. Please do not paste unrelated private content or complete subscription credentials into a ticket.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save necessary session status, language preferences, interface choices, and login credentials. These data allow the correct language and account status to remain after page navigation and reduce repeated actions. After browser data is cleared, some preferences return to their defaults, and the user may need to log in again.

Access analytics are used to understand page usage, identify error paths, and refine content structure. Results are intended for site operations and page performance analysis and are not combined with destination website records from network acceleration connections. If the browser restricts Cookies or local storage, public content remains readable, but login, language memory, or some user panel functions may not retain their state.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNVS supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment steps may be handled by the relevant payment service provider. Its processing of payment account, transaction verification, and risk control data is governed by that provider's own policies. VPNVS generally receives the payment status, amount, transaction identifier, and time information needed to complete an order, but does not directly control how data is processed on third-party payment pages.

Payment information is used to confirm orders, deliver subscriptions, reconcile accounts, and process refund requests. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. When a refund is requested, the system verifies the relevant order and payment result and passes the information required to complete the refund to the corresponding payment service provider.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order, payment result, and refund records are retained for the period necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, reconcile finances, and comply with applicable requirements. Access analytics and technical records are retained only as long as needed for security analysis, troubleshooting, or operational summaries and are not kept longer for marketing purposes.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit an account data access or deletion request through the ticket portal. After verifying the request, VPNVS will delete account information that no longer needs to be retained, or restrict the handling of information that cannot be directly deleted but remains necessary for order disputes, refund reconciliation, or applicable obligations. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions, historical order access, and client configurations unavailable. Please save necessary records before submitting a request.

How This Policy Is Updated

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, payment procedures, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate place on the website or user panel.

Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continuing to use VPNVS after a policy update means that the user understands the updated processing rules. If the user does not agree with the changes, they may stop using the service and submit a data deletion request through the user panel.
