Service Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms apply to the cross-border network access subscription services provided by VPNVS. By visiting related pages, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the service.

These Terms explain the service boundaries and the basic responsibilities of both parties during use. The plan page, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and notices about specific features in the user panel form supplementary content to these Terms. When supplementary content directly addresses a specific matter, the clear statement on the relevant page takes precedence.

Service Content and Scope

VPNVS provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and everyday network acceleration. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Within an active subscription or available traffic allowance, users can access client entry points, subscription details, and related management features through the user panel.

Routes, entry points, and connection results for third-party services may vary with the network environment, carrier links, device settings, operating system versions, and target platform rules. VPNVS may adjust available entry points for route maintenance, network scheduling, or security needs, but this does not change the traffic rules of a plan already purchased. Subscription services do not include features provided by the target websites, applications, or content platforms themselves.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must securely store their login credentials, subscription links, and information shown in the user panel, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or a subscription is used by someone else, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

An active plan supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but this rule applies only to the registered user and devices managed by that user. It does not permit a subscription to be publicly posted, resold, rented, exchanged, or shared with unspecified parties. Users may not copy subscription information to create a secondary sales service, or allow unrelated people to occupy service resources over an extended period through commercial distribution, bulk proxy use, or other means.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable conditions before ordering. Orders and traffic records in the account are the basis for determining subscription status.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNVS, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location from which the service is accessed, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they visit. Users may not use the service to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious programs, commit fraud, or conduct other illegal activities.

Users are responsible for determining whether a particular network activity is lawful, whether additional permission is required, and whether related content may be accessed in their location. VPNVS provides network connectivity and acceleration, but does not create, publish, trade, or manage the content users access, nor does it manage information users voluntarily submit to third-party platforms.

Service Availability and Liability Scope

VPNVS maintains and schedules routes according to operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route, regional entry point, or third-party platform will maintain the same connection performance in every network environment. Carrier failures, international link fluctuations, device configuration, system updates, target platform policy changes, network attacks, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.

Users are responsible for maintaining their devices, operating systems, and local network environment, and for configuring clients according to the user guide. Losses caused by user error, exposed credentials, incompatible software, local network restrictions, or changes to third-party services are the user's responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected benefits, or consequences arising from interruptions to third-party services.

Use Restrictions and Account Termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, infringe the rights of others, disrupt service operations, avoid standard billing procedures, or conduct illegal activities, VPNVS may restrict relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To protect service stability, VPNVS may also impose necessary restrictions when it detects clearly abnormal bulk requests, automated abuse, or conduct that affects other users' normal access.

After an account is restricted, users must stop the relevant conduct and submit an explanation through the user panel. If the restriction is confirmed to be an error, users may request a review based on account records. If violations continue or cause actual harm, VPNVS may maintain the restriction or terminate the service. Account termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination.

Term Changes and Refund Guidance

VPNVS may update these Terms due to changes in service scope, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights or methods of use will be announced in a visible manner on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund matters are governed by the Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.
