Before You Begin and Interface Differences
Before you begin, make sure the current device can open the VPNVS user panel normally, and prepare the username and password you plan to keep long term. Creating a VPNVS account does not require an email address. The username and password are the main credentials for entering the panel, viewing plans, getting a subscription, and managing the service. Use a password that is not shared with other websites and store the credentials in a trusted password manager.
The client and subscription are separate. The client reads configuration and establishes the connection, while the subscription link synchronizes VPNVS routes available to the client. Installing a client without importing a subscription usually leaves the route list empty; copying a subscription without a compatible client cannot start a connection. This guide completes the account and plan steps first, then copies the subscription from the user panel and imports it according to the device platform.
During first-time setup, you do not need to adjust the protocol, routing rules, or system network parameters in advance. Use the client's default settings for one connection first, then change the route or mode for a specific purpose after the basic flow works. Protocol differences, split routing, and advanced maintenance are covered in the full user manual.
Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Open the VPNVS account creation page. You will be asked to set a username and password. Click “Start Free” below to open the relevant page, enter the prepared username, set a password, and submit as instructed. No email address is required. After creation, the page opens the user panel, where plans, subscriptions, and client access are managed.
After entering the panel, first check that the displayed username matches the one you just set. If the browser asks whether to save login information, decide based on whether you control the device. On a shared device, the safer approach is to log out when finished. Do not share the subscription link as if it were an ordinary web address, because a client holding the link can read the associated configuration.
If you remain on the original page after submitting, check the notice near the input fields. Common causes include a username format that does not meet the page requirements, mismatched passwords, or a temporary network interruption. Correct the issue and submit again. If the account was created but you cannot enter the panel, do not create multiple accounts; visit the Help Center for account and login guidance.
Choose a Plan and Place the Order
Open the plans page in the user panel. VPNVS monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Choose based on your usual data needs rather than the number of devices, since the service supports unlimited devices online at once.
If your usage is irregular, you can also choose data packages that last until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. These packages never expire and use a different billing method from monthly subscriptions, which reset each month. After confirming the type, click “Start Using” or “Choose This Plan” for the relevant package to enter order confirmation.
The order confirmation page shows the selected plan and amount due. Check the details, then choose an available payment method—Alipay, WeChat, or USDT—and follow the instructions. Return to the user panel after payment and do not submit the same order again. The plans page explains data resets, upgrade proration, and the difference between packages; if you are unsure, read the comparison on the plan pricing page.
VPNVS provides 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. During first-time setup, complete client import and connection checks first to confirm that your device environment works normally. The refund policy governs eligibility and requests; this guide covers only the basic steps needed to establish a connection.
Get the Subscription Link from the User Panel
Sign in and open the account overview, then find the subscription section. Once the plan is active, it will show the option needed to copy the subscription or import it into a client. Click the copy button and save the complete subscription link to the system clipboard. If the page offers several client entries, choose the platform you are configuring and follow the panel instructions without manually changing the link.
A subscription link is usually a long URL and must be copied in full from beginning to end. The address below is only a format example. It cannot connect and is not a real VPNVS subscription address:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Do not publish the subscription link on a public page, in a screenshot, or in a chat group, and do not submit it to an uncontrolled third-party conversion site. The link functions as an account configuration credential, and the client uses it to update routes. If you suspect that it has been exposed, open the user panel to find the available reset option, then re-import the subscription into all personal clients after resetting it.
If no subscription appears in the account overview, first confirm the order status and whether the plan has taken effect, then refresh the panel. If it still does not appear, visit the Help Center for billing and order guidance. Do not replace it with an unknown subscription address found through a search engine, and do not paste the example address into the client for repeated testing.
How to Import a Client on Each Platform
All clients should be accessed through the download area of the user panel. VPNVS does not provide static installer links on marketing pages; the panel shows the current available method for each platform. After installation, the main actions are the same: open subscription management, paste the link, save, and update. Client names and button positions may change, so use the function name rather than a fixed icon location.
Import from Subscription Management
Install a compatible client provided by the panel on your Windows device and launch it. On first opening, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Remote configuration” in the sidebar or top menu, then choose to add by URL. Give the configuration a recognizable name, paste the subscription link, save it, and click update. When route names appear, choose a region and return to the main interface.
If the client requests system network permission, confirm that the request comes from the client you just installed and follow the system instructions. If the route list is empty after importing, run one manual update instead of adding the same link again.
Authorize and Update the Configuration
Get the macOS client from the user panel and open the app after installation. The system may ask to allow the client to add a network configuration. Confirm it, then open the subscription or configuration page. Choose import from a link, paste the complete subscription address, save it, and run an update. Some clients stay in the menu bar, where route selection and the connection switch may also be located.
If the main window does not change after saving, open the client menu in the menu bar and check whether the new subscription is the active configuration. Seeing the system authorization prompt again on the first connection is a normal part of setup; continue after confirming the client source.
Add a Subscription by URL
Get a compatible client from the user panel on your Android device. Open its configuration or subscription page, tap the add button, and choose “Import from URL.” Paste the subscription link, confirm and save it, then tap update or sync. Return to the routes page, where selectable routes should be grouped by region; choose the required region and return to the connection page to start the service.
When the first connection is established, Android will show a VPN permission request. Read the system notice and allow this configuration so the client can create the network connection. If the system pauses the connection after you switch to another app, check the Help Center's background operation guidance after the basic connection is complete.
Paste the Subscription in the Configuration Entry
Follow the iOS client instructions in the user panel and install a client that supports subscription import. Open it and look for “Add subscription,” “Download configuration by URL,” or a similar entry, then paste and confirm the subscription link. After updating, open the route list, choose the required region, and return to the client home screen to connect.
On the first connection, iOS will ask to allow a VPN configuration to be added. Confirm it and complete the system verification flow. This permission creates the system network configuration; afterward, the client should show the connection status and the system status area should display the related indicator.
Connect to a Route and Confirm the Configuration
Open the client route list and choose a region suited to your current use. For the first test, keep the client's default mode, do not enable multiple network proxy tools at once, and avoid switching configurations repeatedly during connection. Select a route, click connect, and wait for the client status to change to “Connected.” If the system requests network configuration permission again, confirm that the current client initiated it before continuing.
After the status changes, refresh an ordinary web page in your browser to confirm basic access. Then check the current exit IP and compare it with the result recorded before connecting. If the regional information changes as expected for the selected route, system traffic is passing through the current connection. Finally, open the service you actually need and test a login or page load.
The main interface should clearly show Connected and identify the selected region or route. Seeing a route list alone does not mean a connection has been established.
The results before and after connecting should show the expected change. If they do not, return to the client and check the connection switch and active configuration.
Test the application you need only after a basic web page loads. This helps distinguish a connection issue from an access issue specific to one service.
If the client shows Connected but web pages do not open, disconnect first, update the subscription once, and try another route. If only one app has a problem, check whether it retained an old connection, then fully quit and reopen it. For repeated disconnects, failed system authorization, or subscription update errors, use the Help Center's “Connection and troubleshooting” category.
When troubleshooting, do not change the client, mode, subscription, and system network settings all at once. Change one item at a time so you can identify the source of the issue. The full user manual contains a more complete diagnostic sequence, route types, and advanced configuration guidance.
Ongoing Maintenance and Further Reading
After the first connection, everyday use usually requires only keeping the subscription updated and choosing a suitable route when needed. When route information changes, open subscription management and run an update; there is no need to delete and re-import it. If multiple devices use the same account, import the subscription separately on each device. VPNVS supports unlimited devices online at once, but the subscription link should remain only on devices you control.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages last until used and never expire. Check the current plan and usage in the user panel, then decide whether to upgrade or choose another type based on actual needs. For an upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Use the order information shown in the panel when handling plan changes; billing actions do not need to be performed inside the client.
When a route is temporarily unsuitable for the current network, update the subscription first, then switch to another route in the same or a nearby region. Do not assume that one failed connection means the account is inactive, and do not reinstall the client repeatedly. Account status, subscription updates, and client connections are three separate layers; checking them in the order described here usually makes the cause easier to find.
At this point, account creation, plan activation, subscription retrieval, client import, and connection checks are complete. To learn about the differences between IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct routes, or to configure split routing, manage multiple devices, and handle complex issues, continue with the VPNVS full user manual. For a single specific issue, the Help Center is faster to search by category.
Next time, open the client and choose a route
If the subscription falls out of sync, update it first. Check plans and usage in the user panel, and use the full manual for advanced configuration.
